Following a significant and meticulous renovation in 2020, Villa Valentina emerged as one of the most stylish and highly appointed rental properties in St. Barts. The design philosophy is rooted in sleek, minimalist luxury. Stark white vertical paneling and smooth concrete lines are brilliantly contrasted with warm, custom-crafted wood furniture and high-end blackened-steel finishes. Designer touches, such as the glowing Tom Dixon lamps in the bathrooms, add layers of sophisticated texture to the home.

The Grand Living Space

The heart of Villa Valentina is its spectacular, air-conditioned great room, crowned by double-height ceilings. One side of the room features a plush lounge area with three massive, comfortable sofas perfect for movie nights on the Apple TV. The other side is anchored by a magnificent, custom-built circular dining table that seats 16 and features a rotating lazy-susan inlay—the ultimate setting for convivial dinners.

To cater to the highest level of hospitality, Villa Valentina features two fully equipped kitchens. The primary open-plan kitchen is perfect for everyday use, morning espressos, and casual breakfasts. Tucked away is a second, professional-grade catering kitchen outfitted for a private chef to prepare elaborate meals without disturbing your relaxation.

The Unique Bedroom Layout (Sleeps up to 14)

Unlike many villas, Valentina offers an incredibly democratic and family-friendly layout across its 6 bedrooms:

  • The Master Suites (Bedrooms 1-4): Four identical, luxurious master suites. Each features a Euro-King bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a rain-head shower, programmable safes, and direct terrace access with sweeping ocean views.

  • The Ultimate Kids’ Room (Bedroom 5): A beautifully designed dormitory-style room featuring six single beds, ample closet space, and its own en-suite bathroom. It is a dream space for children and cousins to share.

  • The Lower Level Suite (Bedroom 6): Situated on the lower level, this private room features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for traveling staff, a nanny, or teenagers seeking extra independence.
